At least 3 years of experience as a Bench Sales IT Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
- Sound knowledge in IT Industry.
- Working experience with **US Clients / Vendors / Implementation Partner**s.
- Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).
- Excellent communication skills and well versed with all kinds of **US Visa **and **Tax terms **(**W2, 1099, and C2C**).
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in working on **C2C, W2, GC**, and Citizen.
- Working with Implementation partners preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
