**Key Responsibilities (Depending on Experience Level)**:
- **For Junior Roles (1-5 years)**:
- Assist in brand promotion and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the sales team for promotional activities.
- Support new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with key distributors and customers.
- **For Senior Roles (12-18 years)**:
- Lead the domestic marketing division and oversee overall business growth.
- Formulate long-term strategic plans for product portfolio expansion.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive team performance and mentor junior marketing professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Experience in pharmaceutical **formulations marketing** (tablets, capsules, injectables, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **brand management, competitor analysis, and sales strategies**.
- Proven track record of **product launches and revenue growth** in the domestic market.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
