**Job Summary**

As a Store Sales Executive at ItalianCrest, your primary role is to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This position involves a combination of customer interaction, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Engagement & Sales**:Welcome, assist, and provide personalised recommendations to customers based on their event, taste, and preferences. Upsell and cross-sell products, including Made-to-Measure suits, to meet or exceed sales targets.

**2. Product Expertise & Fitting Assistance**:Stay updated on fashion trends and demonstrate product knowledge, assisting customers with suit trials, fittings, and custom measurements for a seamless shopping experience.

**3. Inventory & Visual Merchandising**:Ensure well-stocked displays and visually appealing merchandise. Communicate stock needs and assist in regular inventory management tasks.

**4. POS & Customer Relations**:Process transactions accurately using POS, handle payments, and maintain positive customer relationships. Collect feedback and contribute to marketing and loyalty programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of men's fashion trends and styles.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours.

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales or in the Fashion Industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Fashion Technology, or any related field is preferred.

**Working Hours**
- Full-time position with working hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Sunday (10:00 am to 2:00 pm)

**Salary**
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
