As a Store Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving in-store tyre sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. The role involves assisting customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle tyres, promoting additional products and services, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This position demands excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and familiarity with the tyre industry to provide tailored solutions to customers.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Engagement & Consultation**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Engage with customers to understand their tyre requirements based on vehicle type, driving habits, and budget.
- Provide expert advice on tyre options, highlighting the features, benefits, and differences between tyre brands and models.

**Sales & Upselling**:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting the store’s tyre offerings, services, and accessories.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products such as wheel alignment, tyre balancing, and maintenance services.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and financing options to encourage larger purchases.

**Order Processing & Documentation**:

- Assist customers through the entire sales process, from selection to payment.
- Generate sales invoices, manage transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation for warranties, returns, and service agreements.

**Product Knowledge & Training**:

- Stay updated on tyre products, industry trends, and market offerings.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training and materials provided by manufacturers and store management.
- Educate customers on tyre maintenance, performance, and safety tips to enhance their overall experience.

**Inventory Management & Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by updating the inventory system regularly.
- Organize and display tyres and other related products in the store to maximize sales visibility.
- Report low stock levels to the Store Manager and assist in reordering products when needed.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build long-term relationships with customers by offering excellent post-sale service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases and services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.

**Coordination with the Service Team**:

- Schedule and coordinate tyre installations, wheel alignments, and other related services.
- Liaise with the service team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of customer orders and services.

**Market & Competitor Awareness**:

- Monitor local competitors' pricing and promotions to ensure competitive pricing.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement in the store.

**Desired Skills**:
**Product Knowledge**:
Strong understanding of tyre products, specifications, and automotive services, or the ability to learn quickly.

**Sales & Communication Skills**:
Proven ability to engage customers and close sales, with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

**Customer Service**:
A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide excellent service and address concerns professionally.

**Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, basic accounting for transactions, and inventory management.

**Problem-solving**:
Ability to resolve customer issues or concerns and escalate them when necessary.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of vehicle types and corresponding tyre requirements.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; An associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or tyre industry.
