Role Overview:

We are seeking Inside Sales Executives who will be responsible for handling inbound customer leads via calls and WhatsApp. These leads will be handed over to you by the system or the support team. Your job is to convert interest into store visits, virtual appointments, or direct sales, providing an exceptional pre-sales experience that reflects the brand's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Build rapport and understand customer needs, budgets, and preferences
  • Qualify leads and route them appropriately – store appointments, virtual consultations, or direct conversion
  • Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system
  • Follow up diligently with potential buyers to close sales or book appointments
  • Collaborate with the backend, marketing, and store teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Share customer feedback to improve product and service offerings
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets on lead conversion, appointment bookings, and revenue
  • Represent the brand with integrity, elegance, and confidence in all communications
Candidate Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably in retail, luxury, jewellery, ed-tech, or boutique brands
  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi a plus)
  • Ability to understand customer psychology and build trust remotely
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel
  • Passion for premium products, aesthetics, and customer delight
  • Must be comfortable working in a 5.5-day environment
