**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, effective communication, sales support, and marketing activities. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies, analyzing market trends and competition, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Market Planning and Market Research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and marketing capabilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

**Salary**
- Initially the salary will be Rs.15,000/- per month. Revision after the completion of probation period according to the performance.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
