**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. B2B Customer Support TeleCalling
- Record and log customer data (B2C & B2B) in Google Sheets.
- Address customer inquiries and manage support for B2B & B2C clients.

2. Lead Conversion & Follow-up
- Call up leads generated from various channels and follow a predefined script to convert them into store visits or sales.
- Generate reports to track telecalling performance and conversion rates

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (spoken & written) and Kannada (spoken).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with B2B clients and retail customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling for sales roles, with the ability to handle objections.
- Skilled in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM tools and reporting software.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in B2B support preferred.
- Effective time management skills for balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach for customer and administrative challenges.

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, customer support, or administration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or any related field is preferred.

**Working Hours**
- Full-time position with working hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.

**Salary**
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
