- Contact and engage with pre-qualified leads via phone
- Present our digital marketing services effectively
- Address inquiries and overcome objections
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **Kannada, Hindi and English**:

- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service preferred
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Make 50-100 calls daily
- Achieve and exceed set conversion targets

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary (to be discussed during interview)
- Performance-based incentives: ₹1,000 bonus for each successful conversion
