**About the Role**: Estre Global Pvt Ltd, a leading customized furniture manufacturing company, offers customers the unique option to personalize their furniture based on fabric, size, and comfort preferences. As a Store Sales Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while choosing their customized furniture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers who visit the store, providing detailed information about the available furniture models, customization options, and guiding them through the selection process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our furniture range, including materials, fabrics, customization possibilities, and comfort features, to offer tailored recommendations to customers.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to handle sales inquiries, provide quotations, and convert potential leads into successful sales.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain records of sales, customer preferences, and feedback to provide insights and suggestions for improving our offerings.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the backend sales team and supply chain to ensure availability and timely delivery of customized products.
- **Customer Service**: Address any queries or concerns customers might have, providing excellent after-sales service to build lasting relationships.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Degree or higher in any relevant field.
- **Experience**: 1-4 years in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, or a related industry.
- **Product Knowledge**: Must have a keen interest in and understanding of furniture, interior design, and customization trends.
- **Negotiation & Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Ready to travel to customer locations when required.
- **Customer-Focused**: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Tech Savvy**: Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
