Job Title: Field Sales – Broadband Champion (BB Champ)

Location: Gorakhpur| Report to Store Manager

Overview:

Join Airtel as a Broadband Champion and convert online leads into broadband sales. Engage customers professionally, showcase Airtel's connectivity solutions, and build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact online leads and set customer appointments within 15 minutes.
  • Conduct customer visits to pitch broadband and bundled services, with persistent follow-up.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches, highlighting Airtel's advantages over competitors.
  • Execute local marketing activities (stickering, leafleting) in high-potential areas.
  • Generate and nurture customer referrals to sustain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Utilize Airtel Work, CRM, Excel, and mobile apps for lead management and performance tracking.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Education: Graduate
  2. Age: 22–31 years
  3. Experience: 1–3 years in field/direct sales (Telecom, BFSI, Fintech preferred)

Vehicle: Bike and valid driver's license mandatory
