**Sales and Marketing Executive**

As a Sales and Marketing executive, you will play an essential role in supporting our sales team. Your responsibilities will include assisting the manager and senior staff, conducting research, and contributing to various sales and marketing activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working in a dynamic Fintech environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive strategies within the fintech sector.
- Analyze market data and insights to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in identifying business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads.
- Make cold calls.
- Participate in meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales department on various tasks.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Update documents and sales records.
- Review sales performance against targets.
- Observe and learn sales processes.
- Identify potential areas for improvement.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company’s managers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Keep a log of everything learned during the tenure.
- Deliver presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.
- Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
