
Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all products, raw materials, and supplies.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the storage area.
- **Procurement Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Logistics Operations**:
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Negotiate contracts with transport providers and optimize transportation costs.
- **Warehouse Management**:
- Ensure efficient space utilization in the warehouse.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory, shipments, and logistics operations.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports (e.g., inventory turnover, delivery performance).
- **Team Supervision**:
- Lead and train store and logistics staff on efficient operations.
- Manage performance, schedules, and productivity of the logistics team.
- **Cost Control & Optimization**:
- Monitor and control expenses related to inventory storage, handling, and transportation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
