**Experience required**: 2-3 years in account management or client services

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and meet client needs, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, connecting with clients via Skype, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Regularly monitor and analyze clients' usage of our Marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and track client requirements monthly, and deliver it on time.
- Proactively re-engage with clients who have stopped ordering to understand and address any issues.
- Develop strategies to encourage inactive clients to resume their engagement with our platform.
- Recommend websites and additional services based on the clients’ specific requirements.
- Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to improve the buyer experience on our Marketplace.
- Stay updated on all platform features and functionalities to guide clients effectively.
- Collect feedback and reviews from clients to support service improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to grow account opportunities and escalate any challenging client issues.
- Report bugs or improvement suggestions to the development team to enhance the user experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Proficiency with communication tools (e.g., Skype, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
