**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic service.
- Update customer records and handle data entry in CRM or related systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to improve processes and services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Customer service.

Pay: ₹10,324.03 - ₹28,873.22 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 1 year (required)
