**Job Title**:
Order Management Executive / Customer Support Executive
**Experience Required**:
6 months to 1 year
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Ensure timely coordination with relevant teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in optimizing customer experience through feedback and follow-up.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM/order management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer concerns empathetically and professionally.

**1. Work From Office**
- **Days**: Wednesday to Monday
- **Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Location**: 603, Shikhar Complex, Mithakhali Cir, nr. Adani House, Maharashtra Society, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009
**2. Work From Home**
- **Days**: Tuesday to Sunday
- **Timings**: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
