**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Welcome Calls**: Initiate welcome calls to onboard new patients, providing them with essential information about their care plan and guiding them through the process.
- **Customer Support**: Assist patients and doctors with any issues they encounter, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance related to our software and tools, helping users troubleshoot and resolve any problems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in our support system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- **Collaboration with Tech Team**: Collaborate with the technical team to promptly resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with our product features and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthtech or related industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with customer support tools and software.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- **Customer-Focused**: A genuine desire to help and support customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
