**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Communication**:

- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Address order-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, and resolve them efficiently.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics with management.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and processes to provide accurate and comprehensive support.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
