**About Us**:
BNB Run is a dynamic platform designed to streamline business operations, offering tools for vendor management, sales, HRMS, and more. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative who can deliver exceptional service to our users, helping them maximize the benefits of our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert assistance in navigating the BNB Run platform and resolving technical or operational issues.
- Guide customers through onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing their experience with BNB Run's features (e.g., HRMS, sales management, vendor management).
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to report and resolve issues and track feature requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Help create and update customer support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or business software platforms).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain new features.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,474.30 - ₹30,791.16 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
