Customer Service Representative

Looking for a smart and proactive Customer Service Representative for a fast growing company.
Assist in monitoring customer feedback and reviews across various channels, responding promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries and concerns. Politely attend customers & resolve their issue in given TAT.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate CRM activities with other marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer experience. To assist customers via mail, social media, call & whatsapp.
Follow up with the warehouse team about the customer’s orders. Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Help analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance customer engagement. Assist in the implementation of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
Support the CRM team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
