**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Reception Management: Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Visitor Management: Log visitors, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
- Coordination: Assist with meeting scheduling and inter-departmental communication.
- Administrative Support: Manage appointments, office supplies, and clerical tasks.
- Complaint Resolution: Address basic queries and escalate issues as needed.
- Hospitality: Ensure guests are comfortable and provided refreshments.
- Office Maintenance: Coordinate upkeep of the office area.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain logs for worker attendance, mails, and other operations.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the first impression and gather feedback.
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in a front office, reception, or customer service role.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Punctual, dependable, and highly organized.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
