**Job Description**:
The Administration Assistant is accountable to:

- Support the Admin Department to secure that the office is well-maintained and safe as per the Company requirements
- Support correct implementation and follow up of the Company Administration Routines
- Support the Admin Department and other stakeholders with relevant information/reports

Support the Admin Department with proper and timely maintenance of the office equipment
- Support preparation of necessary quotations for purchasing of office equipment and consumables as per Company Routines
- Support correct and up-to-date filling in of Admin documents
- Check invoices for payment
- Provide support to other teams in relation to administrative requirements and routines
- Support expats with admin-related requirements
- Support the Admin Department with all relevant reports

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 of experience in Administrative work
- Basic knowledge of administrative work
- Good Analytical Skills
- Good communication skills
- Good Teamwork
- Good command of spoken and written English, Additional requirement: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil ( any regional language)
