Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Facility Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities across four centers in Bangalore i.e. JP Nagar, Whitefield, Hennur and Domlur. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, managing vendors, and providing support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facility Management:

  2. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of all four centers in Bangalore.

  3. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.

  4. Vendor Management:

  5. Manage and coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

  6. Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and policies.

  7. Logistics and Travel:

  8. Travel to all four centers in Bangalore as required, using a personal bike.

  9. Ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities across all centers.

  10. General Administration:

  11. Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reports.

  12. Provide support to the facility team and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facility management or a related field is a plus.

  2. Experience: Fresher or prior experience in facility management or a related role is preferred.

  3. Skills:

  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  7. Other Requirements:

  8. Must have a valid bike license and a reliable bike for travel to all four centers.

  9. Ability to work in an 8-hour morning shift.
