Job Description - Admin & Facility Executive

Job Title: Admin & Facility Executive

Experience: 2-4 Years

Location: Bangalore

Department: Administration / Facility Management

Employment Type: 3 months Temporary 3rd Party Contract - Full-Time, On-site

Work Timing: General Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations including housekeeping, pantry, and front office.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office infrastructure (AC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
- Handle vendor management - onboarding, performance monitoring, and payments.
- Manage office assets, inventory of supplies, and ensure timely procurement.
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and cab services for staff/guests.
- Ensure proper upkeep, hygiene, and cleanliness of office premises.
- Maintain facility records, utility payments, AMC schedules, and vendor contracts.
- Assist in statutory compliance related to office facility (fire safety, security, etc.).
- Support coordination during company events and employee engagement programs.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration and facility management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of vendor management and basic compliance protocols.
