**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Facility Management:
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of all four centers in Bangalore.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.
2. Vendor Management:
- Manage and coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and policies.
3. Logistics and Travel:
- Travel to all four centers in Bangalore as required, using a personal bike.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities across all centers.
4. General Administration:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reports.
- Provide support to the facility team and other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facility management or a related field is a plus.
2. Experience: Fresher or prior experience in facility management or a related role is preferred.
3. Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Other Requirements:
- Must have a valid bike license and a reliable bike for travel to all four centers.
- Ability to work in an 8-hour morning shift.
