As an Escalation Specialist (medical), You will be expected to perform a wide variety of activities, including:

- Manage Escalation pipeline
- Liaison with multiple teams including Sales, Operations, Tech, Product, etc.
- Manage process improvement projects emphasizing operation effectiveness.
- Review recorded inbound and outbound calls for the accuracy of information provided.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and requests while maintaining excellent professionalism standards according to company policies and procedures.
- Share data related insights

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Should be passionate about client satisfaction and resolving concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving Skills are desired
- Good knowledge on Excel
- Should be self-motivated,patient and kind

Pay: ₹225,204.16 - ₹360,000.00 per year
