We are seeking a CSR Executive who is passionate about community engagement, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and sustainability efforts. This individual will have a strong foundation in accountancy and financial management, which will be crucial in monitoring and reporting CSR expenditures, managing budgets, and ensuring that the school’s social responsibility initiatives are impactful and sustainable.

The CSR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of the school’s CSR programs, aligning them with the school’s values and objectives while ensuring transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CSR Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives that align with the school’s values and mission. Identify opportunities for social impact and collaboration within the community.
- **Budget Management & Reporting**: Oversee the budgeting and financial planning for CSR activities, ensuring that funds are utilized efficiently. Prepare regular financial reports and assessments to ensure proper use of resources.
- **Monitoring & Evaluation**:Track the progress and impact of CSR projects through regular reporting, data collection, and analysis. Provide recommendations for improvements based on evaluation outcomes.
- **Partnership Development**: Build relationships with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders, to maximize the impact of CSR initiatives.
- **Compliance & Transparency**: Ensure that all CSR activities are compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain transparency in CSR expenditures and activities.
- **Employee Engagement**: Promote and facilitate employee participation in CSR activities, including volunteer programs, charity drives, and community outreach events.
- **Communication & Public Relations**: Manage internal and external communication related to CSR initiatives, including preparing reports, presentations, and newsletters to share with stakeholders, parents, and the broader community.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**: Develop and oversee programs that promote environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility, such as waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency projects.
- **Collaboration with School Leadership**: Work closely with senior leadership, including the Principal and Administrative team, to align CSR initiatives with the overall goals and vision of the school.
- **Advocacy & Awareness**: Promote CSR initiatives internally to staff, students, and parents, fostering a culture of social responsibility within the school community.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Education in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is essential or Business Administration is preferred.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CSR management, financial planning, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure management is essential.
- Familiarity with CSR frameworks, sustainability practices, and community engagement programs is highly desirable.

**Skill**:

- Strong financial acumen with an ability to manage budgets and track financial outcomes for CSR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant financial software.
- A passion for social responsibility, community development, and making a positive impact.
