Job Title: CSR Fundraising Head

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet or exceed fundraising targets through CSR initiatives.
- **Corporate Partnerships**: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with corporate donors, aligning their CSR objectives with the organization's mission and projects.
- **Proposal Writing**: Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure CSR funding and sponsorships from corporate entities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful fundraising campaigns and CSR project implementations.
- **Reporting and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards in fundraising activities. Prepare and present detailed reports on fundraising progress and CSR project outcomes to senior management and donors.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering professional development.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends in CSR funding and adapt fundraising strategies accordingly.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute fundraising events and activities, leveraging them to enhance donor engagement and contributions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in CSR or fundraising is highly preferred.
- Significant experience in CSR fundraising or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to secure large-scale corporate donations.
- Strong understanding of CSR trends, practices, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at the executive level.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to fundraising.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital fundraising platforms.

Working Conditions:

- Office-based role with the need for regular travel to meet with corporate partners, attend events, and engage with stakeholders.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate meetings, events, and donor engagements outside standard office hours.
