**Purpose of this position**: To support building the brand awareness of Lotus Petal to be one of the “Top of the mind “brands in the global giving space as well CSR / Non-Profit industry thereby maximizing returns for the fundraising efforts ultimately leading to more beneficiaries for the programs. Support in creating robust internal communication to keep the employee/Changemaker updated and motivated.

**Location : khasra no 12/2, Dhunela Berk road, village Dhunela, sector 31, tehsil Sohna, Gurgaon, haryana**

**Key task**:
1. Responsible to create brand campaigns/ Program campaigns/Service offering campaings/ event campaigns etc. for Lotus Petal

2. Responsible for developing creatives for Day to day operations be it social, Print or Video based creative

3. Enhancing the existing Brand Guideline, time to time, as per requirement

4. Implementation and validation of Brand Guideline in day to day creative

5. All creative design support for the website as per brand guidelines.

6. All communication for events domestic and overseas.

7. To do photography for various school campus, events ect and edit as per final requirement

8. Responsible for documentation of all events/activities connected to the organization to create a database for ongoing communication.

9. Aligned communication and marketing material for internal communication, needs of various programs those of departments to be delivered timely.

10. Design requirements through different print and visual mediums as per the brand guidelines for events
- internal and external.

11. Determining concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, Organization Logos, determining the size of graphics. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.

12. Responsible for executing the Annual Report as per the brand guidelines

13. Support in designing the PowerPoint presentations as per need.

14. Ideation and calendar making and execution for Lotus Petal USA

15.Responsible for the internal newsletter, external newsletter
- Lotus Petal USA

16. Responsible for providing support for the events being organized by Lotus Petal USA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
