We are looking for a **creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. This role blends **design innovation** with **strategic brand storytelling**, requiring expertise across digital, print, and motion graphics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute high-quality creative assets for **websites, social media, presentations, branding, marketing campaigns, and product designs**.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to deliver **visually engaging concepts** aligned with business goals.
- Design for **multi-channel campaigns** (digital ads, brochures, infographics, video storyboards, UI/UX design elements).
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new design trends, tools, and styles.
- Handle **end-to-end design execution** - from brainstorming to final delivery.
- Support the creation of **pitch decks, client proposals, and case studies** with impactful visuals.
- Collaborate with external vendors (printers, illustrators, animators) when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- **Minimum 5 years of professional experience** in graphic design (preferably in **IT, SaaS, consulting, advertising, or digital agencies**).
- Strong portfolio showcasing **branding, digital design, marketing collaterals, and motion graphics**.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools**:Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma/Sketch, Canva, CorelDRAW**.
- Experience in **UI/UX design** or **3D visualization** (preferred).
- Understanding of **digital marketing principles, typography, and color theory**.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** under tight deadlines in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have (Optional, but Valuable)**
- Experience with **AR/VR/XR design elements**.
- Knowledge of **motion design & video editing tools** (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Exposure to **enterprise branding & B2B marketing**.
