**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Graphics Designer at Onething, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our client’s projects and leading a team of talented graphic designers. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and the creative team to ensure the successful execution of design projects from concept to completion. Your creative vision, design expertise, and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our project.

Creative Direction and Design Leadership:

- Provide creative direction for design projects, ensuring they align with the client’s objectives and brand identity.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Review and approve design concepts, offering guidance and feedback to team members.

Client Collaboration:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Present design concepts to clients, addressing feedback and revisions as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for design-related client communication.

Quality Assurance:

- Maintain high design standards and ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Conduct design reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Team Development:

- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the graphic design team, promoting their professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and facilitate training as necessary.

Design Expertise:

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of design innovation.
- Lead by example through hands-on design work, contributing to the agency’s design projects.

Budget Management:

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize project profitability.

**Job Requirements**:
What you need to know
- Deep understanding of design principles, with grasp of typography, composition, colours theory, balance etc
- Be up to date on current graphic design and social media trends

What you need to have:

- 1 - 3 years of extensive experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Knowledge of 3D design softwares and animations will be a plus
- Eye for detail
