Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach corporate companies, CSR foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) for fundraising opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a CSR fundraising strategy to support our programs in PwD empowerment, womens skilling, and youth development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, and philanthropic organizations.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and proposals to showcase Navjyoti's impact and funding needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising campaigns and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR funding guidelines and donor reporting requirements.
  • Meet and exceed annual fundraising targets through strategic corporate partnerships.
  • Represent Navjyoti at CSR events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or NGO fundraising.
  • Proven track record of securing CSR grants or corporate sponsorships in the social sector.
  • Strong existing network with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and donor agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Self-driven, persuasive, and passionate about social causes.
  • Willingness to travel for donor meetings as required.
  • Female candidates preferred (to align with our community engagement approach).
