Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of CSR projects and campaigns. - Facilitate & Support in preparing CSR reports, documentation, and presentations - Maintain records and data related to CSR initiatives and ensure compliance with statutory CSR requirements. - Conduct research & need assessment on social and environmental issues relevant to the organization's CSR goals. - Coordinate with NGOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders for CSR activities. - Track project expenses and assist in budget preparation. - Coordinate on-ground CSR initiatives and volunteer activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field - Strong interest in community development and sustainability initiatives. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
