**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Sous Chef** to join our culinary team. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, the Sous Chef plays a critical role in maintaining kitchen operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality, and supporting the Head Chef in daily tasks. This is a hands-on position ideal for a skilled individual with strong leadership and culinary expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper execution of recipes and techniques.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Step into the Head Chef role during their absence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
