- Negotiate room rates, event packages, and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Effectively address client concerns and objections to close deals.
- **Account Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor client accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and proactively manage booking changes.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
