**Patient Support**: Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to address concerns, provide information, and offer support throughout the patient’s visit or stay.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve patient complaints or issues regarding healthcare services in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring satisfaction and improved patient experiences.
- **Information Sharing**: Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding services, appointments, hospital procedures, policies, and resources.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare teams, including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff, to ensure patients’ needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from patients and families through surveys, interviews, or informal conversations to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of patient complaints, concerns, and the resolution process for future reference and quality improvement.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for the patients’ needs and rights within the healthcare system, ensuring they are informed and comfortable during their care.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families on available healthcare services, procedures, and support programs.
- **Crisis Management**: Remain calm under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively, ensuring the patient’s experience remains as positive as possible.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,808.55 per month
