**Job Title: Patient Care Executive (Multilingual Receptionist)**

Location: H-Cura Homeopathy Clinic, No:779&780 3rd Floor, Sai Towers Building, South, E End Main Rd, opposite to Metro Pillar No 92, Corporation Colony, Jayanagara 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560069

We are seeking a multilingual receptionist to join our team at H-Cura Homeopathy Clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.

3. Assist patients with completing registration forms and medical records.

4. Provide information about clinic services, treatment options, and pricing.

5. Translate conversations and documents between English, Hindi, and Kannada.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.

7. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

8. Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

10. Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages is essential.

2. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Empathetic and compassionate demeanor towards patients.

7. Willingness to learn about homeopathy and natural healthcare practices.
