
Customer Care Service

**Responsibility:
- **
- Interacting with customers to ensure the company can satisfy their needs.
- Overseeing deliveries from PO to dispatch until final delivery.
- Interacting with the companies US, or European based customers regularly.
- Working with the internal supply chain to help in getting goods delivered on time & in full.
- Getting heavily involved with Purchase & Production teams to help OTIF delivery and ensuring regular follow up on delays.
- Monitor monthly sales budget and support in target achievement.
- Drive improvements in business processes, work towards improving ERP system and reduction of manual work.
- Develop internal process to resolve and reduce customer complaints. Establish good rapport with your customers.
- Review purchase orders and shortages. Ensure Order fulfilment and service deliverables are achieved as per customer requirements.
- Co-ordinating on all outward shipments to customers across the world.
- Ensure documents related to exports, regulatory requirements are processed with accuracy.
- Handling payments & payment reconciliations.
**Skills Required:
- **
- Must have worked in a company that does international exports via Sea.
- **Should have handled exports to the Middle East, Saudi Arabia before.**
- **Must have worked on an ERP system, preferably JD Edwards (Oracle), or SAP.**
- **Must be very well versed in spoken and written English**
- Proactive and aggressive
- Result oriented
- Should have managed people before.
- Ability to grow into a leadership role.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
