**Job Responsibilities (Role-based)**:
**Sales Executive**:

- Communicate with potential clients
- Explain services/products and generate leads
- Maintain follow-ups and conversion records

**Query Tracker**:

- Track and update customer queries in the portal/system
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation if needed

**Data Entry Operator**:

- Accurately input data into systems or spreadsheets
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity

**Customer Care Executive (CCE)**:

- Provide timely information and support
- Maintain communication logs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass (Any stream)
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet browsing)
- Good Communication Skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Ability to Multitask & Handle Pressure
- Willingness to Learn and Grow
