**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer queries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a satisfactory manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and company policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs and expectations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
