**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about our project.
- Closing the sales deal.
- Hitting individual & team sales target.
- Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close.
- Build and promote long-lasting relationships with clients to expand the referral network.
- Identify new emerging markets and keep updated with market trends.
- Craft and discuss a strategic marketing plan with team to achieve sales target.
- Support sales team to maximize team potential.
- Reporting on a daily/weekly Basis.
- Should be able to join immediately.
- Good communication, confident and enthusiastic.
- Good Knowledge about Real Estate Market,
- Sales record with consistent delivery against commitments.
- Ability to work independently.
- Building and managing relationships with clients.
- Understanding of the real estate market and competitive environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
