**About Us**:

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inside and field sales activities across Kalamboli and Navi Mumbai.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain and update client databases using Excel
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- **Education**: Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai localities and the real estate landscape.

**Additional Details**:

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) + Incentives.
- Location: Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai.
- Work Type: Full-time, Field and Office Sales.
