**Role Overview - Support Executive (FASTag Services)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with FASTag account issues, transaction disputes, and service interruptions.**:

- **Educate users on new features, policies, and processes.**:

- **Guide customers through troubleshooting and self-service steps.**:

- **Ensure timely resolution and maintain follow-up on open tickets.**:

- **Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.**

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong communication skills (verbal & written).**:

- **Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Preferred Knowledge**:

- **SQL**:

- **Python**:

- **Advanced Excel**:

- **Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.**:
