OneView Realty is a growing real estate firm looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about real estate sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients on buying/selling properties.
- Generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Manage property listings and showings.
- Negotiate deals and assist with paperwork.
- Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of real estate sales experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM systems.
