We are seeking dynamic and ambitious female Sales Executives based in Kolkata who are passionate about real estate and eager to explore new markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote luxury villas to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
- **Market Exploration**: Travel to Himachal Pradesh to understand project sites, meet potential clients, and conduct market research.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospective buyers, conduct site visits, and deliver compelling presentations to convert leads into sales.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and generate new leads through networking and referrals.
- **Negotiation & Closure**: Negotiate deals effectively and close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years in real estate sales, particularly luxury properties.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with HNIs and corporate clients.
- **Personality**: Presentable, confident, and self-motivated.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Should be open to traveling frequently to Himachal Pradesh for site visits and market exploration.
