Major Responsibilities for a Food and Beverage Associate:

- **Guest Service and Hospitality**:

- Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and provide menu recommendations.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing needs promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- **Order Management**:

- Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen.
- Ensure timely and accurate service, coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth operation.
- Follow up on any order delays, and update guests on their order status if necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients, allergens, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
- Promote specialty items, upsell menu items, and suggest pairing options to enhance guest dining experiences.
- **Table and Venue Maintenance**:

- Set up and arrange tables according to service standards, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Keep the dining area, utensils, and serving stations clean and organized during service hours.
- Assist in resetting tables quickly for the next guest.
- **Order Handling and Payment Processing**:

- Manage order transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts to customers.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash or digital payments securely.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of food and beverage items, noting any shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a consistent supply of items.
- **Health, Safety, and Hygiene Compliance**:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in handling food and beverages.
- Ensure that hygiene protocols are followed to meet regulatory and brand standards.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other staff members to maintain a cohesive service flow.
- Attend pre-shift briefings to stay updated on daily specials, VIP guests, and specific tasks.
- **Report and Feedback Collection**:

- Gather guest feedback and report it to management for continuous improvement.
- Identify and report any operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions, to maintain smooth operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
