As an Operations Associate at Kommon School, you will play a crucial role in handling various operational and HR-related activities, supporting program components, managing client relationships, and aiding other verticals as needed. You will be responsible for managing projects, multitasking, and prospecting potential customers through various channels. This role requires proactive individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment with mínimal guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operations and HR Support:

- Handle day-to-day operations and HR-related activities at Kommon School.
- Provide operational support to various activities within the organization.
- Experience and understand the operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Content Development:

- Develop content for allied program components, particularly focusing on communication skills.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Manage and nurture relationships with current learners of Kommon School.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison and provide assistance to other verticals within the organization when required.
- Project Management:

- Manage complex projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Negotiation and Prospecting:

- Display proficiency in negotiation techniques to achieve favorable outcomes.

**Training Period**:

- You will undergo an exhaustive training program for the initial 3 months.
- During this period, you will be in learning mode to gain experience in the outlined responsibilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in operations, HR, or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
