Job Overview:
As a Back Office Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and overall warehouse efficiency. Your role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing:

- Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to resolve order-related queries or issues.
- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels and manage replenishment processes.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:

- Create and maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists and invoices.
- Data Entry and System Updates:

- Enter and update data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or relevant software.
- Ensure that all relevant information regarding inventory and orders is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate stock replenishment and manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and resolve transportation issues.
- Quality Control:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any product-related concerns.
- Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements to optimize operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in back-office operations, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
