**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads, proposals, and inquiries to convert prospects into customers and address any client concerns or objections.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to clients and answer questions effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional efforts.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Market Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas.
