Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:



System Monitoring and Operation:



Monitor daily SAP system performance and availability.


Execute scheduled SAP batch jobs and processes.


Ensure timely completion of data uploads, downloads, and interfaces.


User Support and Assistance:



Provide technical support to SAP end-users.


Assist users with system access, login issues, and basic troubleshooting.


Document and escalate complex issues to SAP support teams.


Data Management:



Input, update, and verify data accuracy within SAP modules.


Manage master data and transactional data as per department requirements.


Support data migration and data cleansing activities.


System Maintenance and Backup:



Perform routine system backups and recovery procedures.


Apply patches, updates, and system improvements as directed.


Ensure compliance with data security and access controls.


Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain detailed logs of system activities, issues, and resolutions.


Generate reports related to system performance, user activities, and error logs.


Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP operations.
