Job Description: Internal Auditor (CA/CMA)

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Initial Training/Deployment: Hyderabad months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas within manufacturing operations.
  • Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and resolved.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Support statutory and cost audit processes as required.
  • Utilize SAP FICO for data extraction, analysis, and audit trail validation.

Required Skills

  • Candidate must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad for initial training and onboarding months).
  • Post-training, the role will be based in Gwalior.
  • Travel to plant locations may be required periodically.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies and risk-based auditing.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory controls, and cost structures.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for audits when required.
